What is Events at Fingertips?

Events at fingertips are a new and exciting online service that helps individuals earn and save money. Here’s how: Individuals post all types of jobs, like looking for a photographer, Bridal Wear, Cleaning Services, Bakery Shops, Catering Services, DJ Services, Flower Shops, Singers, etc, these individuals are referred to as Job Posters. Companies and individuals that are registered with Events at Fingertips then bid a price to complete the job posters job, they are referred to as Bidders. The Job poster then chooses whom to hire based on price and reputation.

What do I get as an Events at Fingertips Vendor?
Events at fingertips helps you promote your services to thousands of clients in your City. We first add your business to our Business directory and then create a detail Business profile that meets your needs. After that you will also be given a chance to participate in our “Auction” section, where clients will post a services they require. You can participate in the bidding process, and remember the more aggressive you are the more clients you can get. You can also post your monthly deals in our “Deals” section.
In addition to all that we further promote your offers through our daily emails, Facebook post, Twitter.

How much does it cost for me to advertise my business on Events at Fingertips?
It depends on the package you choose. EAF offers 3 different packages to meet your needs (Basic, Silver and Platinum). Each package is unique, and it’s customized according to your business. Each package gives businesses option to bid under “Auction”, and post there deals on “Deal” section. All payments are safe and secure and conducted by Pay Pal.

Is there a commitment or can I cancel anytime?
There are options you can use from, you can either pay on a month-to-month basis or you can choose a specific length you want your contract to last with us. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time during this period. We have created these contracts because we don’t want you to be committed with us and feel pressurized, whenever you feel like it isn’t working for you anymore you can always contact us and we will take you out of our database.

Is there a fee for posting a job on Auction?
Users can post services they want for free and can post unlimited jobs. However, you have to be a registered user in order to be able to post under Auction.

Can I get a refund if I do not like the service?
Sorry, we do not offer refunds because we offer the lowest possible pricing to our members. Being awarded just one job can pay for your monthly bidder access membership.

What should I do if I awarded a job but the bidder never contacted me?
Unfortunately, you will have to cancel and relist your Job under Auction and also leave negative feedback to the bidder. You can also check out the deals section you to give you more options.
